Especially since my daughter opened it on her birthday and threw away the directions. So, I thought: "No problem, I'll just look them up on line." Wrong. I searched (in vain) on the web and on Armitron's website for a PDF of the directions. All their website offered were directions for another series of watches--directions which were totally incompatible to this brand! Grr. Then, I came to the Amazon website and found several negative reviews. I felt good at first. I said, "Shoot, if a couple of PhDs can't figure this out, I'm taking this sucker back to Target." But then I read the review of the mom who said, "My watch worked fine. Maybe this goes to show that regular people are smarter than PhDs." I laughed at that and thought, "Hey. I don't have a PhD. It would be cool if I figured out something that a smart person... I kept it and was looking at it when I saw that it said WARRANTY ENCLOSED on the side. I looked further and on the corner there were little gash holes. I pulled off the side part and VOILA!! The way it matches all of my outfits. However it arrived to me broken and I had to send it to a place for a warrenty fix. This took 2 weeks. They did this for free, I only had to pay 2.22 for shipping and they paid to ship it back to me themselves. |
