I purchased this watch for my son's birthday. We did a lot of price comparison online and in stores. Made the purchase on Amazon, saved money and same quality. BUT, the watch arrived AND THE SECONDS DIAL WAS BROKEN, THE BATTERY CELL WAS DEAD and we took it to a jewelery/watch store at the mall to replace battery. It was then that we found out the watch MECHANISM WAS ALSO BROKEN. It wouldn't start even with a brand new battery.
Thankfully Amazon claims it will refund 100% of the money spent whens they received the returned product. And the store let us purchase the same watch at the same price as Amazon had given us. However the experience was a negitive one and my son didn't get what he so much wanted for his birthday.
