It is difficult to find a pocket watch that is reasonably priced and yet functional in the sense that it is dependable as a time piece. This pocket watch not only keeps good time but because of its design is also a conversation piece. It has the raised relief of a railroad engine with matching chain which makes it unique as well as rugged looking. I gave it as a gift and it was well received because of the above and also because it is easy to read with its black numbers against a white background. Thank you for a nicely made time piece. Although there was a problem shipping it from one of the fulfillment centers at Amazon, as soon as I notified Amazon Customer Service that it had not been shipped as promised, they immediately contacted me to resubmit the order and ship it from another fulfillment centers next day service at no charge. Again, Amazon turned a problem into an opportunity to overcome a challenge successfully. Thank you, Amazon.
