This item was purchased as a gift for a 12 year old. Mechanically it runs well but the very first day the spring pins holding the band on malfunctioned and I had to take it to a jeweler to have them replaced.

The watch is really cute and I love that it has Mickey's hands as the clock hands. However, the strap just barely fits around my wrist. The watch face seems very small too, the glass of the watch face measures 1/2 inch across. The band measures 7 inches from the bottom of the buckle where the band starts to the very 1st buckle hole. I use the 1st hole and my wrist measures 6 and 1/2 inches. My 8 year old can wear it comfortably on the very last hole. It kind of seems like more of a teen size than a woman's or child's size maybe?

It is adorable though and I love wearing it. The quality of the band and watch face are excellent.
