Don't be thrown off by my one star this is less a review of the actual watch then my experience with it.

First one:

Ordered it for my wife for her birthday as she really wanted a ceramic type watch, and because of the nice look and big face she was super excited. Tried setting the time and the little button thing on the side pulled right out. Called customer service with Amazon, and they sent me a new one sans any shipping costs for returning the old one. GREAT.

Second one:

Picked the watch from a parcel pick up place, opened it when I got home, and one of the links was broken... now if it was a link I was going to have to remove to fit my wife's wrist I honestly wouldn't have cared as much, but that wasn't the case. Don't know if it was where I ordered the watch from or it was just one of those two bad luck things. Regardless the watch looked nice, felt nice, just don't know if I'm going to try a third time. :(
