I completely understood when buying this watch for her as a gift, it would be harder to keep clean. But when you have a white band that is totally unclean able, this is a different story. I called Invicta's tech support in Florida, and they were no help at all. I asked for another band and they would help not me. They just said to clean it with soap and warm water. They call it a High grade polyurathane strap, but it's too pours. I have tried the recommended soap and warm water, "soft Scrub", Paint thinner, Lacquer Thinner, a scrum Brush, nothing works. I got so many compliments on it UNTIL the watch band became discolored. I tried using soap and water, bleach, bon ami mixed with soft scrub and bleach. NOTHING works on cleaning this watch band. I even called Invicta to see if they knew how to clean THEIR watch. They simply said to use soap and water but, there is nothing they could do. WHAT A WASTE! If you figure out how to clean it....let me know! |
