Looks really nice, easy to put on watch, and the best part is that where the watchband connects to the watch (with the pins), there is extra reinforcement so that the band stays on. I usually wear a backpack and when I've taking it off and putting it back on, it tends to pull at my watch resulting in the watchband popping off. Also, this band has a gold buckle which can be a little hard to find. (Although I'm still looking for a good "vegetarian" watchband!) Definitely recommend this product.

One thing I hate about changing watchbands is how hard it is to do. Those darn spring holders come flying out of control and you lose it forever on the floor. Well, this watch band has these handy levers almost to control the watch band fitting into the tiny holes of the watch face. It fits perfectly with my "12.3mm" T41181 Timex Expedition watch, despite it being 12 mm. Mine was a nice camel color, not black, but thats okay. My last watch band got really stinky (water resistant leather wasn't really water resistant) and finally fell apart after about 10 months of wear. I hope this one lasts longer!

The quality of the watchband is great, good leather, nice buckle, good value for the price. My only issue is the package says it's a Long, and that is not something that I saw in the product description. I really needed a Medium length, so the end of the strap sticks out too far past the "belt loops". I probably need another hole poked in it as well to make it tighter on my wrist - I've got it in the tightest hole and it's still loose and moving around too much.
