The watch is very pretty but I have a small wrist and I have to wear it higher up on my wrist because it is not adjustable. Otherwise, it is very feminine and pretty, the way I like my watches. Having the two tone lets me wear either gold or silver with it.

I purchased this watch for myself as I like an expansion band on a casual dress watch. I was very disappointed that the band seems poorly made and is very small. My wrists are on the small side and the band was very tight on my wrist. I have had other Timex watches and never had a problem with the expansion band.

We put this in our 85-year-old mother's Christmas stocking. She loves it! The silver and gold band complements any other jewelry she wears, and so she wears it nearly every day. And, because the band is expandable, she can put on and take off the watch herself (she has Parkinson's, making it extremely difficult for her to work with clasps and links). Oh yes, it keeps time as well--on a traditional face to which she is accustomed.
